- Special wishes or requests regarding apartment types or numbers cannot, under any circumstances, ever be confirmed at the time of booking
- Mid-week arrivals and departures on request
- Bookings will be considered confirmed on receipt of the deposit
- In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded, but will be valid for the current season.
- In case of early departure or late arrival the full price will still be charged
